SPARE PARTS PRODUCTION FOR SIZE-REDUCTION AND EXCAVATING EQUIPMENT

Our company provides services of spare parts production for size-reduction, concrete, excavating and other equipment according to customer drawings.

We have our own, constantly developing production facilities with a total area of – 41 325 m². Its technological infrastructure allows us to produce new spare parts for equipment and also implement controlled assembly of large-size equipment before consumer movement.

Production facilities include gas fired unit with area of 3600 m², travel and frame cranes with carrying capacity 12.5, 16, 20.5 tons, railway and vehicle siding, hammer shop, pattern shop, plasma sandblast, truck fleet, truck crane with carrying capacity to 40 tons.  

Machinery includes: heavy-duty boring lathe 1563 with rotary table Ø6,3 m, turning lathes DIP-300, DIP-500, turning lathes 16B16KP, 16К20, bandsaw machine, vertical shaping, 7D450, milling machines 6R13, radial drilling apparatus 2М55, 2Н135, gun-welder, hydraulic nut setter, sand blaster, power pack sets with
pipe handler hydraulic jacks from 50 tons to 180 tons, 630 tons press power allows to tool large machine parts.

Availability of mobile boring machine OMMR 70, allows to do boring Ø70-1000 mm directly on the shop floor without dismantling and transportation of repairable equipment. Moving boring-filler unit mod. WS 1 Plus allows to do oversize reboring from Ø37mm to Ø180 mm, inner building-up welding from Ø25 mm to Ø250 mm, surfacing from Ø20 mm to Ø250 mm.

Work package includes units and mechanisms manufacturing from steel, bronze and cast-iron according to customer drawing, equipment and spare parts repair service (renovation of axis mounting seat, renovation of babbit layer of sleeve bearing, sandblast works, metal fabrication etc.)

Construction department facilities, supported by technical archives of shop drawings for all types of output and repaired product allow, using great experience of enterprise technical experts, work out modern competitive technologies of equipment manufacturing and repairing, introduce into production new modern technologies.
